In 2022, the City Council approved the SCS Dublin project consisting of a General Plan/Eastern Dublin Specific Plan Amendment, Planned Development with Stage 1 and Stage 2 Development Plans and Development Agreement. The Applicant has submitted a Pre-Application for a Site Development Review Permit and Tentative Parcel Map(s) to develop 54-acres of the SCS Dublin site (north of Dublin Boulevard).
